1st you need to have working Ethernet Modem on your Dell,HP or any other laptop to connect internet.
Then install modem driver which is provided by laptop company.
or download it from relevant website.
Then you need dial-up user name and password. Go to nearest BSNL branch and ask them to dial-up internet voucher.
Voucher is a prepaid card like mobile recharge voucher.
Voucher is available as per your usage requirment.
If you have normal use, purchase 200/- Rs voucher.
you will be provided 25 hours of internet for 6 Months.
Register voucher on BSNL website.
It will ask you username and password.
Provide the user name and password mentioned on the voucher while connecting internet from your DELL/HP laptop.

Helpful content. i have a question for bsnl broadband - if i have a modem in my hp laptop, dont i have to buy/rent a modem from bsnl ? Does bsnl broadband works with my hp laptop internal modem ?
