How to check your current Plan and your profile?
To check your current plan and your profile in BSNL Broadband connection log into your account in http://bbservice.bsnl.in website and there you can check your current order and plan details by clicking on MY ORDERS icon and also you can check your profile by clicking on MY PROFILE icon. In this website you can also check your usage details

I had ordered the change from 500 home C to Home UL 750 Plus.
When i login here:- http://bbservice.bsnl.in/
and go to My Orders, it shows like this:-
Orderid 3951305
Order Type Plan Change
Plan Name Home UL 750 Plus
Order Status Open
Is my plan changed??????
my landline number is 22394266.
I have upgraded my BB plan on 30/9/'13.The officer incharge assured that the plan will get activated in just 2 days.
I have been following for the last 6 days.Getting calls from BSNL staffs everyday, stating My BB will be activated now itself.Only days goes, along with the sincerity of BSNL commitments. Jai Hind to BSNL officers.Nobody can stop their monthly salary.Cheers.
