To check your broad band usage status log into bbservice.bsnl.in website and there you can check your usage status.........

the user id and password which i enter in that web is coming invalid i have verified asking it to the customer care but still its invalid could you help me in some other way?
I too once got the same problem.
I tried to contact the bsnl customer care but no proper answer from them.So I waited for one day and the problem got solved automatically.I suggest you to wait for a day or two.If the problem still exists leave a comment here i will try to help you by giving another solution.
i have waited for a long time since a month i am trying its not coming properly
Do you have two different accounts for portal and broadband??
i dont konw properly i think so only one account
You must contact BSNL support personnel to reset your password.
Try to contact them directly.

the username and password are case sensitive..and if u had changed the password and forgot contact bsnl..they will reset ur password
